Governance
Regular compliance training sessions and internal audits, supported by a reliable whistleblowing system, help to ensure compliance and foster a culture of transparency and accountability.
Our sustainability board, together with specialized officers, ensure the effective management of ESG-related risks, while a Business Continuity Management framework safeguards operations in critical situations. These governance measures promote transparency, sustainability, and resilience, ensuring responsible business practices at every level.
Code of Conduct
The LAP Code of Conduct defines our globally binding principles for lawful and ethical behavior in our daily interactions - with employees, customers, suppliers, society, and the environment. It ensures compliance with applicable legal standards and addresses key issues such as the prohibition ofcorruption and bribery, fair competition, and antitrust regulations. It also sets out principles for respecting fundamental human rights, safeguarding employee health and safety, and other essential responsibilities.
The Code of Conduct is regularly reviewed and updated to reflect new legal requirements. We expect our suppliers and distribution partners to uphold these same values and principles.

Whistleblowing
At LAP, we are committed to upholding all applicable laws and internal regulations. Our whistleblower system serves as a crucial tool for identifying potential compliance violations at an early stage, enabling us to investigate and address them promptly and effectively.
Both internal and external whistleblowers are encouraged to report suspected breaches of laws or internal rules at any time. Every report is taken seriously, followed up diligently, and – if necessary – leads to appropriate corrective action. In doing so, we are committed to protecting the legitimate interests of whistleblowers and ensuring they receive timely feedback regarding their report.
